When you rent from PHOENIX RENT A CAR the rates include:

• Full 24 hour day.
• Maintenance, oil and Greasing.
• Change of Car in case of breakdown.
• Safety belts, road map, and radios in all cars.
• Roofrack upon request.
• FREE Delivery and collection anywhere on the island, provided rental period is of at least seven days' duration, otherwise a service charge will be made.
• INSURANCE: Third party property damage.
• DRIVING LICENSE: A full national or international driving license must be held and presented at the time of hire. 
• DRIVER'S Age 25 - 70
• BOOKINGS through our e-mail address OR telephone or FAX.
• Cancellations in 14 Days from the Booking Day.
• In case of STOLEN Car Police and Phoenix must be informed immediately.
• 15% V.A.T. is included in the prices.
   

DRIVING LICENSE
A full national or international driving license must be held and presented at the time of hire.

COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER
The renter is responsible for the first EURO 1500.- for any loss or damage sustained to PHOENIX vehicles for groups A, B, C, D  and   EURO 2000.-for group E. The renter's responsibility of EURO 1500.-or EURO 2000.- for any damages to the PHOENIX vehicle may be waived for an additional charge of  EURO 7.00 per day for groups A, B, C, D and EURO 12.00 per day for group E.

C.D.W. does not cover tyres and windscreen or any damage made to the oil sump. Extra insurance for tyres, windscreen and oil sump is available for EURO 3.00per day.

Excess
There is an excess of Euro 350.00for groups A,B,C,D  and Euro 500.00 for group E.

PAYMENT
Estimated rental charges are payable in advance. The rental ends on the day fixed by the client. If an extension is required, the same must be asked and paid in advance, otherwise client will be uninsured and unauthorized to drive the car.

CREDIT CARDS
We honor major credit cards.

MINIMUM RENTAL
Two days (24 hours). Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate.

GASOLINE
Is paid by the renter and it is not refundable.

TRAFFIC FINES
All traffic fines are client's responsibility.

TWO DAYS RENTALS
Surcharge of EURO 10.00 per day.
